    Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we ship internationally. Our order fulfillment is primarily handled by our distribution partner in China, Yuanqi Xingsheng Technology Co., Ltd., to ensure global logistics efficiency. The fulfillment logic is as follows: Customers within the UK: Orders placed by customers in the United Kingdom will be shipped directly from our UK warehouse. All Other International Customers (including the US): Your order will be shipped and handled by our Chinese distributor, Yuanqi Xingsheng Technology Co., Ltd., who will also issue the official invoice for the transaction. This system is designed to provide compliance and the fastest possible delivery to most regions.

    What is your policy regarding customized orders? Can they be refunded or canceled?

    Due to the specialized nature of our customized reagents, which are produced strictly according to your specifications, the following rules apply: Pre-Order Communication is Required: Before placing an order, you must communicate with our technical team to finalize all customization details to ensure they meet your exact experimental requirements. No Refunds After Confirmation: Once a customized order is confirmed and production has begun, we cannot accept any requests for refunds, returns, or cancellations. Please ensure all specifications are thoroughly reviewed and approved before confirming your final order.

    Can I get a sample of a reagent for preliminary testing?

    Are international orders "Duty Paid," and what are your trade terms?

    Yes, most of our international orders are shipped with duties and taxes included. We operate under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm, which is the international standard for "Duty Paid" shipping. This means that all applicable import duties, tariffs, and taxes are already included in the final price you pay on our website.
